Our brand new, and larger plant allows us to continue to lead the high-rise HVAC industry.
At 65,000 square feet, our new location is close to 25,000 square feet larger. This additional space has given us a lot more room for production, finished goods and our high-quality supplies.
Our production has increased as well, so we can now serve more customers quicker.
Our research and development lab more has more than doubled in size, allowing our innovative engineers to development state-of- the-art vertical fan coil (VFC) features in house. With more room for prototypes and testing, we’ll continue to design units that meet and exceed the expectations of today’s high-rise residents. Watch for new products and upgrades coming soon!
The new space also has a dedicated area for our Parts & Service team. That’s right, they’re now at the same location! You can now purchase parts and gain expert maintenance insights in the same building that our HVAC systems are built in.
